Pay: £15.73 per hour (£28,583.36 per annum) – Weekly Pay
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 2:00pm – 11:30pm
Shifts: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
Days Off: Friday & Saturday

About the Role

McQueen's Dairies is a growing family-run business, trading since 1995. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cold Stores / Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Basingstoke depot.

Previous warehouse or cold store experience is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and preparing customer orders accurately.
• Receiving, checking and organising incoming stock.
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and stock control.
• Loading, unloading and moving stock safely.
• Carrying out vehicle inspections and yard checks.
• Keeping the warehouse and yard clean, tidy and organised.
• Cleaning the depot at the end of each shift.
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety and hygiene.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse or cold store experience preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment.
• Driving preferred but not essential, provided reliable transport is available.
